Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify your goals, understand what may be holding you back, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
Life coaching is not about someone telling you what to do. Instead, it is a thoughtful conversation that helps you explore your values, your strengths, and the direction you want your life to take.
Through life coaching we can explore questions such as:

• What patterns may be limiting your growth?
• How can you align your work, relationships and daily choices with your deeper values?
• What practical steps might help you move forward?

My approach to life coaching draws on a holistic perspective, recognising the connection between mind, body, emotions and values. Sessions are guided by curiosity, reflection and practical insight, helping you develop awareness and create realistic steps toward the life you want to build.
