“To move the world, we must move ourselves

— Socrates

Counselling provides a confidential and supportive space to explore the thoughts, emotions and experiences that shape your life.

Many people consider counselling during times when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to navigate a difficult situation. Others come to counselling simply because they want to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater clarity and balance.

Counselling is not about judgement or quick fixes. It is a process of thoughtful exploration where you can speak openly about what is happening in your life while being listened to with care and respect.

Through counselling we may explore experiences such as:

              •            anxiety, stress or emotional overwhelm

              •            life transitions and uncertainty

              •            grief or loss

              •            self-doubt and confidence

              •            patterns in relationships

              •            questions about meaning, direction or identity

Counselling can help you understand the patterns and beliefs that influence your choices, relationships and emotional responses. With greater awareness comes the possibility for change.

My approach to counselling is holistic and integrative. This means drawing on different counselling perspectives while recognising that wellbeing involves the whole person — thoughts, emotions, physical experiences and the wider context of life.

Counselling sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Sometimes the focus is on understanding past experiences, while at other times the focus is on practical ways to move forward.

Counselling is available in person in Brisbane and online for individuals across Australia and internationally.
